Ellie Hibbert, a K.O.R.E. Therapist from Brampton, visited the Day Centre on Monday 18 March 2019 and gave a very interesting presentation and demonstration on Kinaesthetic Optimum Recovery Enhancement (K.O.R.E.) Therapy. Eighteen of our members attended with Dee kindly volunteering to be the patient for this session.
K.O.R.E. Therapy integrates the best of both Eastern and Western assessments and treatment skills, so for a fast recovery all systems of the body need to be evaluated and treated as they all influence each other including the nerves, muscles, blood, organs, lymph, digestion and more. Unique tests are used to ascertain the root cause of many conditions, injuries and imbalance. Treatment then focuses on the root causes and by releasing these it benefits the whole body. Ellie demonstrated how muscle testing can be used to pin point the root of a problem and how a range of treatment techniques such as Spinal Release might be applied.
Ellie explained that K.O.R.E. Therapy differs from most other therapies because instead of looking at “what” the problem is, it determines “why” the problem is there and where it is coming from. The combination of assessment and a range of treatment techniques makes K.O.R.E. Therapy extremely effective in helping people to overcome a wide range of ill health, injury and chronic conditions very quickly.
We would like to thank Ellie for giving up her time and giving such an excellent presentation on this interesting Therapy and for answering the numerous questions that were raised by our members.
