Visitors were able to sample home-made mince pies, scones and a hot drink and meet up with friends and members of Headway North Cumbria.
Headway North Cumbria ran cake, card and crafts stalls selling a range of products made by its members, volunteers and supporters. We also ran a raffle.
Invited vendors, Agnes Robinson (GB Bears), Jennifer Robinson, Natalie Simpson (Bags of Fun), Elizabeth Webster and Linda Whalen offered a wide range of festive items including handmade jewellery, beaded items, felted items, Christmas ornaments, felted cards, handmade bags, paintings and cards.
We had a steady stream of visitors and there was a wonderful atmosphere throughout the morning.
Headway North Cumbria is grateful to its team of volunteers, members and supporters who worked so hard in making the event such a success and, of course, to those visitors who joined us at the Fair. Over £ 500 was raised which will be utilised in our core activity of providing information, support and services to people with a brain injury, their family, carers and professionals.
