Looking forward to hearing @HeadwayNCumbria member, Helen Wilson, on the @RadioAlty Lockdown Late Lunch show this afternoon - 2pm to 4pm.

Helen will be discussing living with a brain injury, @HeadwayUK, and how writing poetry has helped with her recovery.

Helen Wilson has completed a further 5 poems about her experiences of living with an acquired brain injury - this brings the total of poems to 24. Helen hopes that her poetry may provide encouragement to others within the @HeadwayUK community to write.
