On Monday 14 November 2022 members from Headway North Cumbria went Ten Pin Bowling at Hollywood Bowl, Carlisle. This was our second bowling session of the year.
We took over four lanes with the 15 participants spread between them. Participants had the opportunity to play two games.
Whether experienced bowlers, or complete novices, everyone entered in to the spirit of the occasion and had great fun! Whilst there were no winners prizes awarded those members with a more competitive edge enjoyed bragging rights and the associated banter when games went their way.
Hollywood Bowl were promoting their Christmas season and a number of our members took advantage of the promotional material on offer and bowled whilst wearing santa hats.
