Looking forward to hearing @HeadwayNCumbria member, Helen Wilson, on the @RadioAlty Lockdown Late Lunch show this afternoon - 2pm to 4pm.

Helen will be discussing living with a brain injury, @HeadwayUK, and how writing poetry has helped with her recovery.

Radio Alty@RadioAlty

On Monday’s #lockdownlatelunch, Rod speaks with Helen Wilson who in June 2013 suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). One thing that has helped has been writing poetry. Listen on Monday from 2pm on http://RadioAlty.co.uk - apps, Alexa and via Streema #tbi #Brain 2

Helen Wilson has completed a further 5 poems about her experiences of living with an acquired brain injury - this brings the total of poems to 24. Helen hopes that her poetry may provide encouragement to others within the @HeadwayUK community to write.

The Lake District Calvert Trust is an amazing organisation that @HeadwayNCumbria has visited on a number of occasions. Please consider supporting its Emergency Bounce Back Appeal. #CalvertLakesBounceBack

Calvert Lakes@CalvertLakes

We've launched our #CalvertLakesBounceBack Appeal to raise funds to secure our future. COVID-19 has had a deep impact on us, with a £1 million gap in our income. @theaworduk @leeingleby @juliehes we’d massively appreciate a RT or share #Cumbria
