Volunteers’ Week 2025

Volunteers’ Week celebrates the amazing contributions volunteers make to communities across the UK. The celebration starts on the first Monday in June every year. It’s a chance to recognise, celebrate, and thank the UK’s incredible volunteers for all they contribute to their local communities, the voluntary sector, and society as a whole. This year it will run from the 2nd to the 8th June.
To truly celebrate them Headway UK would love to receive quotes, stories and case studies about Headway volunteers and the difference they make in their communities. Some of these will be featured in the summer edition of Headway News, as well as featuring on the Headway UK website and social media during Volunteers’ Week.
Should any of our members wish to participate please let the Secretary know. She will require contribution(s) by 28 April 2025 at the very latest, so that she can submit them to Headway UK in good time.
